Principal
T. Michael Nelson, CPA, is director of audit services. Mike has been a CPA since 1982. He has lived in Grand Junction since 1979 and has a BS degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Manager
Lisa Hemann, CPA, received her BS degree in Accounting from Mesa State in 2003. She is native of Rifle, Colorado and has lived in Grand Junction since 2000. Lisa enjoys spending time with her daughter, gardening, reading and golf.
Senior Staff
Cara Golden, CPA, graduated summa cum laude from Mesa State College with a bachelor's of science degree in public accounting and a master's degree in business administration. She joined CSD in January 2007. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dog, golf, racquetball, and skiing.
Professional Staff
Brian Hollingsworth, CPA, graduated from the University of Colorado in May 2010 with an MS degree in Accounting and a BS degree in Business Administration. He was born in Grand Junction and has lived in Durango and Boulder, making him a true Colorado native. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is looking forward to taking advantage of all the opportunities Grand Junction has to offer.
Matthew Weatherby received his BS degree in Accounting from Mesa State College in 2010. He was born in Grand Junction and has lived here most of his life. Matthew enjoys going to the gym, recreational reading and watching science fiction TV shows and movies.
