 Cindy Woodward joined the firm in 1995 after several years of experience in private industry. She received her B.S. in accounting from Mesa State College. Cindy prepares monthly, quarterly and annual compilations for a diverse clientele. She also prepares payroll tax reports and forms. Cindy enjoys reading, golf, and spending time with her family.

 Theresa Frady received her B.S. in accounting from Mesa State College. Theresa performs a variety of client accounting services including payroll, preparation of payroll reports and monthly compilations. She enjoys many outdoor activities.

 Heather Church likes accounting so much that on top of her bookkeeping position here, she’s been her HOA's treasurer for the past 8 years. As a Grand Junction native, she has worked for several local businesses over the years and became part of the CSD family in 2019. Ouray is her absolute favorite day trip getaway, where she can practice outdoor photography and hike with her family. Heather is married with a daughter, son, two beloved grandchildren.

 Jennifer Kroeker decided to move to Grand Junction after stopping here during an 18-month RV tour of the US with her family, and fell in love with the area. Previously from Texas, Jennifer has many years of experience in accounting for CPA firms and the construction industry. She has bachelor's degree in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, and spends her spare time with family, reading and hiking.
